I can’t get enough of my Cecilie Copenhagen pieces. Cecilie Copenhagen is a Danish Label inspired by Keffiyeh scarves. One night Cecilie Jorgensen didn’t know what to wear so she combined a couple of these scarves into a tunic. She had so many emails the following morning that she decided start her label. Her designs are simple, the prints are sophisticated and the fabric quality is fantastic.
Cecilie Copenhagen has designed dresses, tops, shorts and skirts. There is a piece to suit every taste, style and occasion. Her designs are so wearable they are easily transformed from beachwear then add a heel and head off to an afternoon cocktail. Each style is available in a number of different colour ways. I wear the long sleeve off the shoulder shirt regularly with jeans, shirts and skirts and the shorts look great with Tshirts and button up shirts. Today I decided to wear the pieces together as a set. I love this look.
Cecilie Copenhagen is available exclusively in Australia at Parlour X and the price point is obtainable.
I am also wearing my Isabel Marant Dicker boots that I purchased three years ago and are now like a pair of slippers they are so comfortable. I have also shown the option of adding a belt to bring a different look to this outfit. Personally I don’t think this needs anything added but I wanted to show an option that I would choose if I were to add an accessory. I purchased this belt 10 years ago from the label Marostica that I stocked in my store Lotus 76. Unfortunately this label is no longer being made but it was one of my favourites at the time.
PS: I may have just purchased the Cecilie Copenhagen short sleeve off the shoulder dress in colour 64.... bring on the holidays!
